Description
Lot of seven biscuit tins. First is a Huntley & Palmer Chinese Jar, c. 1920, in fair condition with scuffing. Second is a square Huntley & Palmer Lacquer, c. 1925, in fair condition. Third is a Huntley & Palmer Waterlilies, c. 1909, in an interesting bowl shape, in good condition, with silver scuffs on the legs and a dent underneath. Fourth is a Huntley & Palmer Carnival, c. 1911, in the form of a Chinese lantern, in fair to good condition with rubs on the raised points. Fifth is a Huntley & Palmer Fruit Basket, c. 1924, in good condition with spots of rust, but the gold is bright and shiny. Sixth is a Huntley & Palmer Screen, c. 1913, made to look like a Japanese screen, in good condition with only minor blemishes, broken off hinges to the lid and the lid needing a cleaning. Seventh is a Huntley & Palmer Zodiac, c. 1937, a shiny metallic tin with the signs of the Zodiac on, in good condition. Condition: (Fair - Good). Dimensions: Largest: 9" x 7 - 1/2" x 3 - 1/2".
