(5) items including (2) female New Guinea items; Mende helmet mask, Sierra Leone, hand carved wood having incised patterns, smaller face and neck rolls; and (2) Senufo figures including a female and a male
Provenance: The Estate of George 'Yorgo' Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000

Height: 16 1/4 inches, Width: 6 inches, Depth: 8 inches (leftmost; mask Height: 16-inches Width: 9.5-inches; rightmost Height: 34.75-inches Width: 8.5-inches Depth: 7-inches)
Condition: Very Good to Good, overall light to moderate wear; chips and cracks associated with age; mask having left side of hair repaired, front braid having chipped and broken piece near top, insect holes on backside; male and female having wood cracking from age, chipping, insect damage, dirt accumulation
