Accompanied by a report from GCS stating that the spinel is of Burmese origin with no indications of heat treatment. Report number 5782-2671, dated 3rd August 2022.

The spinel is a vibrant and richly saturated burnt orange-red hue with good transparency. Under 10 X magnification, a very thin feather inclusion is visible just beneath the crown and two smaller feathers can be seen near the girdle at the opposite end of the stone. Diamonds estimated VS-SI clarity, I-K colour. Gold with superficial surface wear. Inside band with double-struck London hallmark for 2009; the other end stamped 750 with maker's mark REN. Overall in good condition. Gross weight approx. 8.5 grams.
