The single strand of 99 natural pearls graduating in size towards the centre, on a brilliant-cut diamond bow-tie clasp with rose-cut diamond accents, length 56.0cm

The round and off round white to creamy white pearls with green, rose and silver overtones of varying intensities, measuring between 2.6-8.9mm. Medium to high lustres. Most skins very smooth/blemish free or scattered with just a few dimples (varying in size) and pin pricks. Some pearls with uneven surface structures including multiple layers of growth or internal ringing visible just beneath the surface - a few with a slightly hammered appearance visible under 10 X magnification. A few of the smaller pearls at the back of the strand slightly barrel or bouton in shape with some ringing and multiple layers of growth.

Largest pearl very smooth and white, with some internal ringing visible just beneath the surface under 10 X lens; outer surface scattered with a few dimples/pin pricks.

Reverse of clasp stamped 750 with a lozenge-shaped French maker's mark depicting an anchor between a 'B' and 'C' (unidentified). Untested white metal with light surface wear. Overall in good condition. Gross weight approx. 20.0 grams.
