T & J Bragg Ltd Birmingham English gold wash sterling silver presentation casket, 1919. Box with applied enameled coat of arms of the County Borough of Croydon to one side with panels of finely etched building scenes, engraved dedication to the other side that reads "County Borough of Croydon Lady Edridge admitted to honorary freedom of the borough 16th February 1920." Lid with finial monogram and ram. Interior with blue fabric lining. With certificate of admittance to the borough as an honorary freeman presented to Lady Edridge, dated 1920. Box with 1919 Birmingham silver hallmarks to the edge of the lid, edge of box, and to applied panels.
