Potted in cylindrical body, thick, deep, gently tapered to straight close round mouth rim, with concave flat base to input pen, raised with short round foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in turquoise and Wucai opaque design color, depicted of many Chinese mythical beast flying over thrashing Lishui wavy waves. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale - creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge - cut foot rim.
