DSP. Nice displaying CA. 1940's Porcelain Sign for Desoto Plymouth Automobiles showing "Approved Service". Sign shows unique checker board background with excellent colors. CONDITION: Side one overall very good showing a chip free field with minor areas of surface scratch and light age wear. Side one shows areas of chipping along the outer edge with heavier chipping at the mounting holes, two of which have been added. Side two also shows very good color & gloss with areas of minimal surface scratch and light discoloration. Side two shows light stress chipping in the outer field with areas of outer edge and mounting hole chipping. A nice displaying example overall of this piece from Desoto & Plymouth. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (8.0). Dimensions: 44.5" X 42".
