A Set of Twelve Japanese Kozuka Mixed Metal Dinner Knives, having Landers, Frary & Clark blades, Aetna Works, New Britain, Connecticut, ca. 1880,
Each knife handle is signed by the artist with mixed metal scenes of flowers, birds, bats, exotic animals, sailing vessels and fisherman.
Overall length: 8 5/8 in.

Condition
Multiple areas of gilt loss due to polishing and use. Ten of the knife collars where the blade meets the handle have separations. Two knives not signed. Areas of tarnish to steel blades.
