Splits, knocks, wear and repair to veneer. Key lacking and doors don't stay closed of their own vallition. Joints a little wobbly. Knocks, dings, dents and scratches to brass, with some tarnish and discolouration. Could do with a little cosmetic attention, but generally in fair structural condition.
