Description
Candy bowl made of silver, manufactured in France during the 19th century (marked). Decorated with fine handcrafted sawing, embossing and engraving in the Neo-Classical style in a pattern of music playing angels riding tigers, as well as decorated with floral and plantation motifs to its length. The lid's top is decorated with a butterfly pattern. The bowl has an accompanying (polished) crystal dish, two handles and situtated on four orbed legs. Height: 20.5 cm, lid diameter: 14 cm.
