AN 18TH CENTURY BRASS QUARTER STRIKING SINGLE HANDED VERGE LANTERN CLOCK the engraved Roman chapter ring with half-hour markers and polished dial centre fronting a three train 30-hour weight driven movement playing the quarters on six bells and countwheel strike for the hours with verge escapement. The case with later glazed side doors, strapped bell with turned finials and bun feet; with rear-mounted hook and spike. (39cm high )
