Hand painted and gilt porcelain flower vase with decoration of fish, flowers, a bird, and even a few small turtles. Most notable are multiple flying fish. Likely American, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. Possibly inspired by Japanese porcelain works like Satsuma. Piece is unsigned, and has metal fittings on base and along rim.
