Consisting of a foliate motif design with enamel leaf surround, containing one oval mixed cut topaz measuring approximately 9.00 x 7.00 mm and three old European cut diamonds with a removable drop containing one round cabochon tsavorite garnet. Mounted in high karat yellow gold. 1 1/2 inches x 1 inch.
