Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Yellow Glazed Porcelain Lotus Leaf Cup. Potted with a vessel cup shape, lotus leaf form, slight deep, flori form mouth lip, raised on small flat foot base. Warm and uniform yellow glaze applied to the whole surface. The exterior cup carved with detail veining lotus leaf with sturdy branch soar up create majestic handle. Yellow is an imperial color in Chinese Dynasty color symbolism, representing power, royalty, prosperity and the earth in traditional Chinese culture.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed yellow script characters reign mark, enclosed within fine yellow rectangle line. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
