Chinese Ming Dynasty Guan Gong Bronze Statue. This statue of Guan Gong have Peaceful, brave, portrayed as a red-faced warrior with a long lush beard, eyes were like those of a crimson phoenix, eyebrows resembled reclining silkworms. Adorned with flowing silks of wearing a green robe over his body armour. Guan Gong was deified as early as the Sui dynasty (581–618), and is still worshipped today as a bodhisattva in Buddhist tradition and as a guardian deity in Chinese folk religion and Taoism. In Chinese folk religion, Guan Yu is widely referred to as Emperor Guan and Lord Guan. He had a dignified air and looked quite majestic.
