Containing one hexagonal step cut diamond, one octagonal mixed cut diamond, two pear shaped diamonds, two triangular cut diamonds, 58 baguette and numerous round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 13.00 carats total. Mounted in platinum. 14 1/2 inches long.

Murray Mondschein bought a Mexican arts and crafts store in Greenwich Village in Manhattan in 1959. He began adding antique clothing and jewelry to the inventory and moved the store to the Upper East Side in the 1970s. In 1986, Mondschein changed his name to Fred Leighton. Leighton lent antique pieces to celebrities to wear on the red carpet and in movies which helped popularize the brand. The company was sold in 2005 and then acquired by Kwiat in 2009. Today Fred Leighton continues to sell important antique pieces as well as creating modern designs worthy of the red carpet.
