Measurements: The ring is an approximate size 6 3/4 on the mandrel.Overall Condition: Electronic test indicates the metal is 18 karat gold. There are some light abrasions along the facet junctions of the sapphire and light scratching to the metal. The sapphire is stated to weigh 4.44 carats. All lots are sold "AS IS".
