Description

DESCRIPTION: An antique French musical automaton doll with music box. This delicate antique doll, posing standing upon a honey-colored velvet-covered platform, is a doll with a portrait face, and wears an elaborate light green silk ball gown with delicate beige lace trimmings, and with decorative floral garlands and ribbons. She appears to be holding a floral bouquet with her left hand; and when the musical box is wound, the doll raises her left hand up close to her face, and turns her head from left to right to smell the floral bouquet.

CIRCA: 20th Century.
DIMENSIONS: H: 15" W: 7" D: 6 1/4".
