alkaline-glazed, approximately five-gallon capacity, ovoid form with slightly flaring galleried rim, applied arched tab handles. Impressed "Landrum cross" symbol above one handle. Landrum Pottery, Horse Creek Valley, Edgefield District, SC. First half 19th century. 15 1/4" H, 8 1/4" D rim.
