comprising one featuring Lobster Sauce scene depicting the crustacean pinching the paw of a surprised cat, one having The Shrimpers scene featuring a man and children netting shrimp, one depicting "ALAS POOR BRUIN" featuring a bear being led away, "THE WOLF AND THE LAMB" depicting a group of young boys including one ready to fight, and "THE VILLAGE WEDDING TENIERS PINK JA." featuring a joyous community celebration. Marks to underside base include impressed "L & C", "C", and incised "GS8". Mid 19th century. 1 7/8" HOA, 4 1/8" DOA lid.
