Description
mold number 1932, having etched sides featuring scene with two gentleman raising chalices, flanked by two banners reading "Ein Glas beim Freund / ist gut gemeint!", signed "C. Warth.", ceramic inset metal lid with United States shield and eagle thumbrest, 1/2 liter size. Impressed "METTLACH / VB" and "GEGEN NACHBILDUNG / GESCHUTZ." marks to base with additional impressed numerals. Late 19th/early 20th century. 8 3/4" HOA.
