Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Famille Rose Peony Porcelain Bowls. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring mouth rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in blue base color which contrast against famille rose design color, depicted of flying big bird over peony flowers bloom and fresh green foliage, all in vivid tones color. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
