Description

Beautiful hand sewn two piece day dress in taupe colored silk taffeta trimmed in teal colored satin. Fitted bodice has ten teal satin buttons and slightly puffed sleeves. Full length skirt islined in oil cloth and is fastened at the waist with a band that cascades down the back in a stunning bow trimmed with teal satin ruffles. Circa 19th/20th century. Waist approx. 20 inches. Very good condition,some staining under arms.
