Description
Early Georgian mahogany grandfather clock with arched bonnet top having open work brass lyre shaped vignette flanked by turned finials, then a conforming dial with sweeping second hand and calendar hand, the case typical of the period with fluted Corinthian style quarter columns and arched panel door over an ogee raised mold bottom resting on bracket feet, c. 1780; 92"H 24"W 10"D; **** clocks and other mechanical items are not guaranteed to be in working order.
