After Edward Lear (English 1812-1888), 1833-35 first edition, "Ramphastos Culminatus", hand-colored lithograph from "A Monograph of the Ramphastidae, or Family of Toucans", John Gould FRS, depicting two yellow-ridged channel-billed toucans, printer Charles Joseph Hullmandel, framed. Sight approx. h. 20.75", w. 14.75"; Overall h. 28.75", w. 22.75".
Condition
Two 4" and 3.5" creases to right margin extending toward the image, toning, some discoloration towards bottom of print, not examined out of the frame.
