Two carved wooden masks, Mexico & Indonesia, executed in painted wood, the Mexican mask depicting a devil with ram's horns above a multi color face flanked by large ears and tongue, h. 12.5", w. 8", d, 4.75"; together with an Indonesian Kelan mask, having a red painted face, protruding nose, and open mouth with teeth, h. 8.5", w. 8", d. 7". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Veronica Holmes, Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition
Overall good. The Mexican mask with scattered chips to paint, not distracting. The Indonesian mask, having no losses or chips.
