Chinese blue and white lidded dragon ewer, having a lid with lappet and lotus scroll bands above a trumpet neck issuing a strap handle and decorated with plantain and lotus scroll bands, the pear from body issuing a spout opposing the handle, the body having reserves depicting writhing five clawed dragons on a lotus scroll ground, and the whole rising on a recessed ring foot, marked to the underside. Approx. h. 12.5".

Having (2) fleabites on the left side of the handle, not distracting. No other chips, cracks, or losses noted.
