Late Period, circa 664-332 B.C. A black stone amulet depicting a pair of plumes of Amun with a fine central line separating the feathers, dummy suspension loop on the base; accompanied by a custom-made display stand. See Andrews, C., Amulets of Ancient Egypt, London, 1994, p.80, no.81b. 17.1 grams total, 59 mm including stand (2 1/4 in.). Ex Clive Sawyer in 2008. With Ancient Relics, Southampton, Hampshire, UK.
