Her initials are on it -- / 1822.", stuffed white work demilune dressing table cover, with a design of a banner and crossed quills, over a globe in the center, the maker's name is worked on the banner: "E.H. Rose.", some of the design is worked in padded satin stitch, as well as being stuffed, the border following the curved lower edge is a floral vine, fair condition with some abrasion damage to stuffed work, a brown stain in the center has caused the fabric to deteriorate, all edges have an encased drawstring, sold as found, 34" w. x 24" d.
