circa 1930, marks of Elizur G. Webster & Son and International Silver Co., pattern number 706/3, convertible three light form, baluster form column with twisting branch arms, the whole in scrolling floral decoration, side sconces with removable silverplate bobeches, also includes six removable glass bobeches, without monograms.
