(64) pieces, service for twelve, including: (6) knives with English sterling handles (approximately 10 7/8 in.); (6) knives with English sterling handles (approximately 10 1/8 in.); (12) forks with mark of J. B. Jones & Co. of Boston, active 1832-1834 (8 in.); (12) forks with mark of Eggert & Son of New York, active mid-19th century (6 7/8 in.); (12) dessert / oval soup spoons with mark of Jones, Ball & Poor of Boston, active 1846-1853 (6 3/4 in.); (12) teaspoons with mark of J. B. Jones & Co. of New York (6 in.); two-piece carving set with English sterling handles; an English sterling silver fish server with mark of William Knight II, London (1824); and an English sterling silver sauce ladle with mark of Edward Thomason, Birmingham (1824). Various period monograms and armorial engravings. Included with the lot (but not in the count or weight) are two silverplate ladles and a pair of grape tongs.
