William Henry Coffin

Depicts an American flag situated on a ship's helm with anchor against a gray wall. Coffin lived in Nantucket until around 1863, painting primarily maritime scenes. His works can be found at the Peabody Essex Museum.
Oil on tin,Tin 6" x 4 1/2".Frame 8 1/8" x 7"
