It is extremely rare to find such a lovely color saturated Pink Sapphire that is both unheated and cut into a cabochon. The cabochon cut brings out a lovely juicy quality to the gemstone as well as providing a transparent window into the gemstone and allows for a unique appeal with how light plays against the smooth surface of the cabochon. If not for the inclusions the stone would be considered a treasure and high investment-grade gemstone. Possibly one of one in terms of comparable size, color saturation, tone and quality in the online market.
