Description

Stunning graphics and bright colors. A rarely seen string holder. Marked in the bottom right-hand corner "The H. D. Beach Co., Coshocton, Ohio". Bottom left-hand corner "Pat. March 8, 1908". These string holders are very hard to find in this condition. When the string is pulled, the Lowney's Breakfast Cocoa cup rises up in the slot on the left-hand side of string holder. Beautiful, young, pretty girl dressed in brightly colored pink dress on the can in the middle of string holder. A great point of sale advertising piece. Side A shows one non-distracting spot in the upper left-hand corner. Some non-distracting issues on the bottom right. Slight paint loss on "O" in "Cocoa". Side B shows overall fade but displays nicely. This would be an important, prominent piece in any advertising collection. Condition: (Good Plus). Item Dimensions: 24" x 13 - 1/4".
