DESCRIPTION: Antique Massive Benson & Hedges wood humidor composed of double silver plated metal hinged handles at either side silver plated lock, triple inset silver plated metal blocks at each corner as well as corner caps at the top and bottom. Inset silver plated metal box at the interior lined at the rims with copper and red felt as well as a box inset at the lids interior.

Name plate attached to interior of the lid "By Appointment to his Majesty the King Benson & Hedges Importers of Havana Cigars and Egyptian Cigarettes London New York Patented". Lock hardware stamped "Benson & Hedges". Impressed at the inner rim of the wood "G 1216".
