Original black cowboy rain slicker, as would be used by a cowboy on a horse. Most slickers were yellow, so this one is unusual and earlier. c. 1870's. Found in Tombstone, AZ in a dump in early 1970's. Maker is Towers Fish Brand, Boston Mass. Model No. 51 Pommel Slicker. Size 42.
