Hand-colored etching depicting a young man in a traditional costume. Titled Paloc Legeny, Paloc Lad in the lower left. Signed Pekary and dated 1934 in the lower right. The Paloc are an ethnical subgroup of Hungarians. Istvan Pekary, 1905-1981, was a Hungarian artist whose individual style was highly influenced by images and scenes of Hungarian country life found in traditional folk art. Collectible Mid Century European Graphic Art.
Dimensions: Paper 13 x 9 7/8 in. All measurements are approximate.

Overall good vintage condition. Signs of age and wear. Yellowing, scuffs, damage at edges and corners. Refer to photos. Sold As Is.
