An antique figural Canadian winter landscape with horse-drawn sleigh and human figure passengers, surrounded by a rustic farm scene with architectural elements, snow, and a mountainous background. Artist signed lower left GH HUGHES MONTREAL.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear, with evidence of craquelure. Older restoration. Frame having moderate storage wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
