Antique paper lithograph America's Cup Yacht Volunteer Currier & Ives. Genuine original print fated 1887 . Same year the yacht launched and won America's Cup race. Print advertises the many people and companies involved. Multi color lithograph printed one color at a time as opposed to the usual hand watercoloring of a black print. Rarely seen on market with examples in Library of Congress and museum collection. Framed size measure 14 5/8" x 17 1/2" . Recently framed under glass with fine old oak frame. Excellent condition. No significant flaws or restoration. Small torn piece out of lower left corner edge. A couple mild amber tone spots in sky.
