Description
Circa 1870 to 1880's. By the 1890's Free Blown Glass was pretty obsolete.; Clearly marked "STERLING" on the Silver capped Cobalt Blue Glass Stopper.
Jar is free Blown with a perfectly formed fire polished lip with an inside polished neck. The lower Pontil scar has been Polished Out, and engraved with a ".30" to match the same size of the engraved ".30" Stopper .; Jar & Stopper Stands Overall 5 3/4 inches High from base to top of stopper, 2 1/8 inches in diameter, and 4 1/8 inches High without the stopper.; Weighs : 15.5 Ounces.
