Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Sky Blue Glazed Motif Porcelain Large Jar. This porcelain has an open mouth with a slightly out-turned lip, and the short neck leads to a convex bulging belly on the shoulder, raised on ring foot base with slight concave. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in masterfully covered in an even coat of a sky blue glaze which terminates at the base to reveal the pure white under glaze. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
