An 1893 World's Columbian Exposition unused Certificate of Specific Merit on heavyweight paper. Engraved and printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing US Treasury Dept. This one has not been used. Measures approx. 24" tall x 18" wide. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the sale. All items are shipped USPS or UPS and will be billed separately. A $12 handling fee is added to the shipping price per lot if shipped in house. Some items or large quantity of purchases will be packed and shipped via the UPS store.
