Vintage Navy & Yellow Stripe Sleeveless Jumper Dress. Adorable 1940s or 50s summer dress has shoulder straps, a side zipper, A-line cut, and mother-of-pearl buttons. Sweet dress has no tag and it appears to be handmade. Size is extra small with 16 inches across the underarm area and a 24 in waist.
