Vintage Chinese decorative pipe, jade with dragon motif. Height: 3.25 inches. This is not the typical long straight type of opium pipe but is more of a Tibetan style. It consists of a hollowed out spherical Green jade ball with dragons on two sides which is the smoke chamber, and a thin metal adornment is fitted around the jade sphere with a raised Reddish Pink Jade bowl. The stem is "S" shaped. The mouthpiece of the stem, just behind the mouthpiece is a tiny Flower on the stem. Hallmarks are on the bottom of the base.
