The flayed versions of the KAWS companions are designed with half of their bodies exposed revealing their organs and muscular systems. The red and grey ones are monochromatic and the black one's organs are vividly multi-colored. The left foot of all reads "KAWS.16 Open Edition" and their right feet read "Medicom Toy China".
