Bulmer & Co. for J.Bell, 1801.

⁂ A wonderfully macabre work, initially attributed to Matthew Lewis but now assumed to be a parody of his work. "The book is gruesome and in its illustrations even disgusting and it seems impossible that Lewis could have had anything to do with it.
