Description

A mid 19thC mahogany Gillows style bergere childs chair on stand, with a bowed back and caned backrest and seat above turned tapering legs, the stand raised on tapering reeded front legs and sabre back legs. The chair also has a turned restraining bar with an unusual sprung mechanism. 15" wide x 14" deep x 37 1/2" high.
