Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty Xian Feng JiBlue Glazed Porcelain bowls. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring mouth rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Warm and uniform Ji Blue glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of green/blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Xian Feng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
