Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue and White Dragon Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, thick and round lip, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in deep blue base color which contrast against clean white fine color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
