Consisting of a platinum brooch containing 10 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.40 carats total, 10 marquise cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.25 carats total and eight round mixed and four marquise cut sapphires, together with a textured yellow gold jacket. 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches.
